Terms and Conditions

Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before using OSHA Online Center. By accessing this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Ownership & Copyright

You acknowledge that the selection, compilation, collection, arrangement, and assembly of site content are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws, and that these rights are valid and enforceable. We retain and own all right, title, and interest in and to this website and its content (except public domain material), including derivative works and all intellectual property rights, subject only to the limited license set forth herein.

You assign and agree to assign to us all right, title, and interest in any modifications, suggestions, or contributions you make relating to this website. You also irrevocably waive any moral rights or similar claims regarding such contributions.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products

Because our training kits and online courses are digital, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, refunds cannot be issued. For purchases made by purchase order and invoice, the sale becomes final at delivery (for example, when requested credits are added to your account and invoiced), regardless of whether those credits are used.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable state law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts and waive objections based on venue or inconvenience.

4. Customer Support & Satisfaction

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For technical or general help, our US-based support team is available 24/7.

5. Re-Assigning a Course

If you assigned a course to an employee who leaves your organization or never starts training, you may request reassignment to another employee. A fee of 40% of the course price applies.

6. External Links

This website may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their policies or terms. Any link does not imply endorsement. Please review third-party terms before use.

7. Course Expiration

Once you begin a training program, you have six months to complete it. If not completed within that period, you must repurchase the course. The period starts on the date training begins.

8. Special Offers

We may offer promotions such as discounts or free courses and may end such promotions at any time. If you enrolled at a discounted rate lower than the standard course page price, you are not eligible for additional offers.

9. Code of Conduct

When using this website, you agree not to:

  • Block others from accessing the site (including hacking activity).
  • Use the site for illegal purposes.
  • Falsely claim OSHA Online Center endorses your comments.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the site except public domain content.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  • Frame or mirror any portion of this website without permission.
  • Link to any URL other than our main domain without authorization.
  • Use bots, crawlers, or data-mining tools to bypass site structure or scrape content.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

We design teaching resources in line with US and Canadian federal law. You are responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, regional, and local requirements that apply to your work, equipment, and environment. We, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or indirect damages.

11. Termination

These terms remain in force until terminated. If you violate these terms, we may immediately terminate your access and license to use the site. Upon termination, you must delete all materials obtained from the site.

12. Right to Refuse Service

OSHA Online Center does not discriminate on class, race, gender, sexual orientation, faith, or ethnic origin. However, we may refuse or terminate service where behavior disrupts security, performance, or well-being of staff, customers, or the company. Reasons may include non-payment, repeated late payment, harassment, repeated legal threats, or unsafe misuse of training that results in legal violations or hazardous incidents.

13. Privacy & Security Overview

We collect non-identifiable information such as cookies, IP addresses, and access times, and also information provided during purchase. We do not store credit card details and do not sell or share your personal information. We may occasionally send product emails, and you can opt out.

While we work to keep the site accurate and secure, we do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, complete, uninterrupted, virus-free, or malware-free. Use of the site is at your own risk. We may change, add, or remove content at any time without notice.

14. Access & Security

You are responsible for providing and maintaining equipment, software, internet, and related services needed to access the site. Employers must ensure their employees, contractors, and agents comply with these terms and promptly report unauthorized use or copying.

We may change operating hours or restrict access at any time without prior notice for repairs, updates, enhancements, or unforeseen circumstances.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use by posting changes on this website. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms. Please review this page regularly.

16. Forward-Looking Statements

News, updates, and publications on this site may contain forward-looking statements involving risks and uncertainties. These statements are not an offer to sell or buy securities.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is found illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision is severed and remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms constitute the complete agreement between both parties and replace prior understandings on this subject.

These terms may only be amended in writing signed by both parties. You may not assign these terms without prior written permission from OSHA Online Center. A waiver of one breach does not waive any other breach. Headings are for convenience only and do not define or limit the provisions.
